Babaghuri at Itoya

Ginza Itoya is featuring a Babaghuri space with suggestions for holiday dining:
bowls and plates overglazed in silver, blue-glazed serving dishes, hand-woven
table mats, beeswax candles, buffalo horn spoons, and other items for the table.
There are also black lacquered baskets, and cast iron pieces. Of course, any one
of these would make a special gift.

New Muffin Flavors!

Just right for winter, this month we have two new flavors: rum raisin muffins
and maple muffins.
The red wine and fig pound
cake plus the apple muffins
and raspberry muffins that were so popular at the Red Exhibition remain
on the menu. As promised we continue our nut nougat, so please come again.
Thursday and Friday are muffin days, Saturday and Sunday are nougat day.

Zomo photographs at Babaghuri shop

Close-up photographs of nature by Jurgen Lehl are being exhibited at Babaghuri shop. They are printed on handmade washi and presented in the form of standing screens,
which can be shown as a dramatic background or used as a space divider. Smaller editions of the photographs are exhibited in original frames.

Other News: An interview about prints with Jurgen Lehl appears in Hangageijutsu (Print Art , vol.138) magazine this month.
